The NRL just issued a statement saying the Eels would receive a reduced fine, for their breaches of the cap last year (knocking $60k off the total). The statement also says the Roosters will be receiving a reduced fine for THEIR CAP BREACHES in 2014..... WHAT THE HELL??????? How did that not blow up in the media???
The NRL also advised today that it had reduced the penalty imposed on the Roosters for salary cap breaches last year from $41,292 to $25,000 after the club clarified the nature of education allowances made to the club’s NYC Top 20.

Oh, that breach.... that was for, uh.... "educational allowances"
Hey is it true that Hayne actually signed a three year contract with the cheats if he doesn't make it in NFL? I was told this today, dunno if it's true...any confirmation?
I don't think anything would surprise me when it comes to Hayne. He's already shown his disregard and lack of respect for the Eels by walking out with no notice - making it impossible to do any big signings for this year.
I imagine he would want to play for a winning team, which can also give him a stack of 3rd party deals to sweeten it. Hayne did mention on his recent Footy show interview that he was offered a $10 million deal, though only $6 million was in the cap. He didn't say which club made the offer - can the Eels come up with $4 million in TPA's?
Move along people nothing to see here.........
Said Stevie Wonder!!!
Through the pokies, I'm sure they would've pulled a few cool mil, that was from Chrissy's paypack
