  I think Joel would be a sound inclusion. I guess it may depend on how the team goes in the finals though. Dave Williams got a green and gold jumper last year on the back of his efforts in the GF.

  I think when people call for a player to be signed, you have to really state how much you'd be willing to sign him for. Lets say Robson gets a $150k offer from the UK, do you then think we should match that?
  
  I think Joel, Luke and Eric are possibilities of forcing their way into the squad if we go all the way. If no-one gets injured then the backline should be 1. Hayne 2. Folau 3. Hodges 4. Inglis 5. Boyd. You'd add Slater to the squad.
  
  However, if one of the wingers or centres get injured, I don't think there is a clear option for that wing spot and its likely to go to whoever is in form at the moment. And right now, our wing options are going better than anyone else in the comp.
  
  Personally, I'd love to see Burty get rewarded after all these years with an Australian jumper. That would just be awesome and he IS the form winger in the comp right now.

    I very much agree with you 1Eyed, Burty is an ornament to the game and its a travesty he's never received any rep regognition. Isn't it scary that it looks as if one of those 3 players won't even be able to make our starting back line for next season

  1eyed- do you know anymore regarding Robson's contractual position and whether we are still interested in him.
  
  Could you find out if the top25 is filled. If not, what are they looking for??

    From information they've provided in the past there are two spots left. One for a half and one for a forward. At this stage I reckon its looking like we'll sign one of Jeremy Latimore OR Junior Paulo and one off Tim Smith or Jeff Robson.

  tough one. I read somewhere that tim smith was spotted at tigers training the other week. i reckon Robson deserves the final spot. his combo with mortimer is excellent.
  
  Paulo or Latimore- who has more potential? Latimore is much younger but hasn't made the impression yet. very tough. Leave it up to DA
