Question : What is the common denominator among these?
1) Coffs Harbour One
2) Coffs Harbour Two
3) Massive salary cap breech by Canterbury.
4) The Ben Barber case.
5) The extraordinary easy rulings towards Canterbury from the judiciary 2014,2015 and 2016.
I see the beginning of the end of Rugby League in Australia. Shortly, the NRL will consider reducing the number of teams in the Sydney area. Do you think Canterbury will be removed from the competition? Or is it more likely that Parramatta will be removed?
Do you think the NRL will now provide money to induce Jarryd Hayne to return to Parramatta? There is already talk that that will not happen. There will be money for him to go to some other team. Canterbury anyone?
There was the spectacle the other night of a referee fronting the judiciary and supporting a Canterbury player! The referred was reading from a prepared written submission. The Canterbury player was found to be not guilty. Expect more of such things from here on in.

Hey mate I'm not a fan of the dogs or Greenberg, but I don't believe he was even at the club for Coffs, or their cap breaches.
And if anything, any hint of favouritism will be more closely scrutinised than if he were lurking in the shadows.
Don't be paranoid and please enjoy the game tonight.
If the NRL are even remotely thinking about reducing the amount of Sydney teams that is just pure ridiculous. They should be trying to expand the game and adding more clubs from different parts of Australia, a 2nd brisbane team, even a WA team and promoting the game all over to increase revenue. Aussies love watch league no matter what state your in, the actually physicality of the game is at its peak and only going to get better.
Do i agree Todd Greenberg was the correct choice as CEO, no, but he was always going to be CEO one day after he left the dogs, so we are just going to have to deal with it. Hopefully he will be a fair CEO and help Parramatta with there board issues, but if he does decide to go down that path of being bias towards the Dogs then he will definitely find out how passionate supporters can be.
Wizard Sleeve: I think you are right about Ryan Tandy, i forgot about that. He was not CEO at the time of Coffs but pretty sure he was there in administration at the time.
I am surprised he has not put the boot in already. He will do it to put on a show. He will say something like "I am focusing on the brand (NRL) going forward."! Which means sweet fanny adams. The refs need to be watched. They will all want to show the new CEO how fair they are to Canterbury. From what you say they have started already.
