RIP Nathan Gremmo

In a sad week for rugby league, the Hills District Bulls lost a young champion. Nathan Gremmo, 13, was hit by a car and transferred to Westmead hospital. Unfortunately the young man didn't survive. This weekend, the Bulls will be organising a number of tributes for Nathan and his family. Sunday will be used as a carnival day with C-Grade, A-Grade and Sydney Shield matches all being played at Crestwood Oval. The Hills Bulls will face the CVD Cobras in C-Grade and A-Grade with Guildford being the opponents in Sydney Shield. If you can make it, please do. We are, after all, one big rugby league family. Sydney Shield I believe will kickoff at 1:30pm.

  • RIP young man.

You wouldn't meet a nicer family than the Gremmo's.

  • Just a tragedy. A saw a number of grounds had a minute's silence for Nathan over the weekend's round too. RIP and all our best for his family.

  • Paul Gallen a had a bit of reach out yesterday on MMM about this as well. I have a couple of mates that know the family and it was just a terrible freakish accident that happened and every parents worse nightmare.

All thoughts & prays with the family.

  • He went to school with my son and was in his home group and although they weren't close friends my wife and his mum have become close friends from doing canteen duty together all of last year. It's such a terrible tragedy and even worse when it effects someone you personally know. I discussed this with my soccer team last week and i told them all to go home and give their little angels an extra long hug and appreciate the time we all have together. A parent should never have to bury their child, absolute tragedy and so sad.
    Rest in peace Nathan
  • sad news indeed

  • Just devastating for all who knew him.
  • My thoughts and love with his family and friends.  RIP little man xxx

  • A parents worst nightmare, I can't begin to understand the hurt his family must be feeling.
