The Warriors have produced one of the biggest signing coup’s in the club’s history by luring dual international Roger Tuivasa-Sheck back to the NRL.
In a major bombshell that will shock both rugby codes, Tuivasa-Sheck is set to announce he’s headed back to the Warriors after switching codes to play for the All Blacks last year.
His two-year contract with the Auckland Blues expires at the end of 2023.

The Dally M medallist is expected to announce he’ll return to the NRL for the 2024 season on a 12-month contract.
The secrecy behind the execution of the deal is an extraordinary testament to the current Warriors executive team, led by CEO Cameron George and owner Mark Robinson.
The return of Tuivasa-Sheck is not only of major significance to the Warriors, but the NRL who have scored in their battle with the ARU following Roosters star Joseph-Aukuso Suaalii’s defection to rugby union.
One of the most athletically-gifted talents, with devastating power and footwork, Tuivasa-Sheck, 29, will return to the Warriors on a mission to help lead the club to a premiership.

Imagine thinking Mark O'Neil would be able to pull that off 😂. All that bloke can do is pay top dollar to re-sign blokes that we already have.
LOL . But how much leeway with salary cap have NRL given Warriors for this signing just to get something back on the ARU for signing Sualli behind Nick's back .
That's the thing , we've been broadcasting that we are after a player exactly like RTS and yet the Warriors were smart enough to make moves. They very likley did approach the NRL asking what they could do over and above to entice him back. Which is exactly what you'd do if you were smart and could read the room for an opportunity.
Our drongo would never be brazen enough to put a move like that in motion. We have the bloke that was sacked from the worst club in modern history. Prior to his 6 month stint at the Tigers Mark O Neil's career experience in his current role is exactly " 0" years , '0" weeks and "0" days . Do people realise our head of football has never been a head of football , never been a recruiter , never been anything even remotely to do with running an NRL club before in his life other than for a few months at the worst run club in the NRL before he was sacked.
His record is shocking. Every player he's re-signed has been for the absaloute top end price , he's brought not a single established player of note to the club without paying through the nose , in fact who has come on his watch , RCG maybe ? Who was desperate to get out of Penrith and that is with me giving him the benifeit of assuming RCG was enticed by MO'N and not Arthur as it's only fair to assume M O'N did the job , he's failed on Lodge , Tapau and Klemmer that we know he's chased , now a player that fits our exact shopping list has seemingly returned without us even making an offer , and he still can't even get Moses over the line all these weeks later.
He's a bum, people don't even understand how much of a rookie this guy is , to put it into context ,it's like making Jake Arthur our captain.
Wiz when you look at the eels club from the leagues club board , the footy board , CEO their is not one person who can make things happen for the club or give the club any kind of advantage which is why as you hace said all the club does is re sign current players on overs and are never in the hunt for top line players .
Calm down. RTS was never going to leave NZ. Same as we had no hope of retaining Niukore as our club isn't based in NZ.
Wiz sometimes you miss the mark by a long way. Look at our current squad. By your rationale they're all bums and O'Neill has no clue. Or just maybe we have signed and re-signed many players assembling a quality squad in the process. We also have a decent strategy of not paying overs for edge type players hence why we now have some cash to spend. The recent exodus of players, all of those guys are now being paid a lot more to play for their new clubs. How's Papalii going at $650k for the Tigers? Money well spent there.
To get all upset because we didn't sign RTS is too funny. He was never going anywhere else except the Warriors.
You do know don't you that neither BA nor MO'N cannot act in isolation. Our R&R committee meets once a month and every R&R decision has to be a unanimous decision by all five members of the committee ?
So maybe O'Neill did want to approach RTS but was overruled by the rest of the committee.
I bet it's a thank you for what they sacrificed in COVID.
But let's be fair, RTS would only come back to play Fullback, we have Gutho.
Ibid LB ( Wizard's post )
That's the kind of player he was obviously referring too when he said he'd be prepared to move . Guthersons been around long enough to know we couldn't sign a player of that status with a magical pen that grants 3 wishes . He's a smart man , played the clubman role knowing full well he's not at risk of ever having to follow through.
