Resolution of off-field issues set to spark late transfer frenzy

The NRL commission show again how they have absolutly no idea.

They will decide the fate of Tigers, Manly & Sharks one day before all teams have to have 29 players listed in their top 30.

Surley they realise this will result in player movement but they still leave it to the last day.

No idea & just don't seem to care.
