They are getting $9m up front and $1.5m per year for 12 years, plaus another $12m to build a new Leagues Club. They've also secured $16m from the state & federal governments to build their High Performance Centre.

2- dragons already merged so they don't deserve it.

4- sea Eagles are far too hated to be successful if they relocated.
5- sharks own their stadium
6- Bulldogs don't even have a home ground
