Refs actually got it right

As per the rules of the game.- A player is tackled if on the ground and an opposing player has a hand on himAs per recent interpretations.- it is against the rules to maintain hands or arms on an opposition player once the tackle is complete.

    Just trying to hang on to the ball while the Dogs player trying to knock it out
    The ball shot out
    Hard to see that it was due to a loose carry in that position
