  • YES FINALLY THE MYTH TEPAI DROPPED WOW ITS ONLY TAKEN HIM 6 years to do it!

    • He was tipped to be a rep honors player. I have no idea what's happened to him. He gets worse every season and he's only 23.

No ticker whatsoever. Can't bust through a tackle nor can he smash an opposition player with the ball.

    • about f**king time.

  • I think this is a good side, just need evens to keep running hard and tackle.\

With Salmon back he also needs to show that he has learnt from his hibernation.

    • I agree we’ve gotta have high intensity and aggression from the get go though. Like how we did v Souths. If we don’t the Broncos pack will eat us.

  • Probably the strongest team we could assemble at the moment. We should be able to win this one, just depends if the players are in the right frame of mind. If we lose, we drop out of the 8.

  • I think that the Salmon treatment has been reasonable. He is still only young with plenty to learn. I am not sure he grew up as a junior in the halves. I did read somewhere that as a junior he played mainly as an edge forward

    • John, I agree re Salmon, he was nowhere where he should have been before, still very young really and off season drama's likely didn't help either, we need to remember he's still only 20 and learning. He now has the chance to show he is worth an NRL spot, as when DBrown returns then there is changes to happen.  If Salmon goes ok then he can look to a centre spot but its not that long before our 4 development players can be elevated.

With Tim now going to the Tigers it also opens another spot from either inside or outside the club.

      • Agree Colin. Also Tim’s departure may be to make way for Blake.

There has been criticism of signing Blake now while injured. However he is a long term signing and would also explain why the Eels dropped off Zelezniak

  • Best team possible.

Thank god Smith and Tepai are out. Hopefully permanantly.

Salmon has been dissapointing but he can be a 2nd option on last tackle kicks.

We should beat this injury ravaged Broncos team who have also recelty let Nikorima and Roberts go. I've never heard before of 2-3 of their players. This is a very inexperienced side but have tons of fire power in their pack.

    Bankwest should get us home.
