RCG to the Titans

In-demand Eels forward Reagan Campbell-Gillard has been linked with a surprise move up the Pacific Highway to the Gold Coast Titans.

Campbell-Gillard was granted a release from the final year of his Parramatta contract, and has been linked with several clubs including the Bulldogs, Broncos and Dolphins.

He had earlier been heavily linked with a move to the Dragons, but that deal has since fallen over as the two parties failed to agree to terms.

    • We've done same same but different. That's why our cap is stuffed right now.

  • I reckon RCG's price is dropping by the day.
    No way he's getting $750k x 3 years.
I think he's desperate for the 3 years. The price would now be very negotiable.

    • Definitely seems to be pricing himself out of a deal at $750K.

  • Superleague is looking for likely for RCG

  • We shoud offer him his 3 years at 450k a season.

    • If we hold out for a bit longer we could get him for a sandwich and coke

    • Given he was contracted at $750k for 2025 I wonder what we offered him for 2026? We apparently offered him something as it said in the press release when he left.
Such a strange move to ask for a release without anything signed elsewhere. He's gone from a guaranteed 750k in 2025 to no offers. The longer this goes on the cheaper his next deal will be. It's a bold move Cotton.
