Really you think so what about Tino's forearm to the throat of Mitch Moses? It seems it's ok to use your forearm like Tino does regularly and break a players jaw and not get sent off or suspension but a knee in the back which didn't affect the player gets 10 in bin and a possible 2-3 week suspension. Makes real sense
There was nothing wrong with that. He didn't lead with his forearm, he just put it up to protect himself
