Ray Warren Getting His Butt Kicked Through Our Game

For those who have had a chance to watch the replay of Parra V Manly, did anyone pick up Ray Warren either on the phone or one of channel 9's bosses coming into the commentary box and giving Rabs a kick in the ass? It was for the comment "wonder if they are going to take this one away" just after Edwards scored on the left side. The comment was made around about 8m 20s into 2nd half replay. He tried explaining himself but whoever he was talking to was having none of it.

    I'd guess channel 9 was given the directive from the NRL to go easy on the refs, its happened before, so the commentators were asked to go easy and rabs has fekked up lol poor rabs.

    They sit on the fence so they don't get a kick up the arse most defianately. They are defiantly told to remain neutral in regards to decisions made on the field.

    How is it these people feel they are above criticism? They even are compelled to gag commentators now by the sounds of it, how many police and politicians, people of "power" are found to be corrupt, thousands of them, I'm not suggesting referees are corrupt but their standards have continue to slide, and fans of all clubs have lost faith in them why does the NRL not take a pro active approach to stem the fans hatred towards referees by getting the referees or a spokesman to respond weekly to fans either via the footy show or some sort of media outlet and explain their actions and decisions? This could go along way in reinstating some sort of faith and respect, but it seems their sheer arrogance won't allow them to do so!
