The eels are going to have an old man mentality losing mostly 20 - 25 year olds at the moment. We don't have the Junior production line coming through. Bottom 6 2023 and 24 no doubt about it
2022 & 2023 not looking good, we will be competitive but I can't see us being top 4. So, buying cheap unwanted players & turning them into decent 1st graders working out for us? We end up with great depth & it only last 2yrs max because the club no longer wants to sign players long term, good thing? Bad thing? Now once the other clubs require to fill in a spot, we are the main target knowing we can't keep them all.
Honestly , saw nothing from Ray Stoned that will make me lose any sleep over this . Least we are weeding out who we are investing our energy in pre season rather than mid next year .

Me either until the back end of last year when he became our hitman.
I saw enough of Stone at the end of 2021 to suggest that he will continue to improve and go on to have a great career.
Listening to Journos pod, apparently Lomax is still mulling over whether to stay or leave for R 360. Eels apparently are not fazed if he decides to leave as it opens up cap space for other signings. Have to wait and see what happens
"Keaon Koloamatangi lol the chance of this guy coming to our team is buckleys....With MON as our recruiment guru ...its beyond laughable ....its sad as we do have some potential as an emerging club and a great replacement for Jnr Paulo ....."

hmmmmm
This is one we let go that I am not unhappy about.
Not a huge loss. Defensively good, but too injury prone.

Meh!! Good on him for getting a 2 year deal. We probably only offered him 1.
i think he had only ever been on a year to year deal,
