Rating the eels (at the very moment and in the future)

Right now if we were to rate each player in our starting 17 based on a score out of 100 where do u think they would stand. Additionally what rating can they get up to once they reach their peak in the future.. If we take in the fact that an the average player in the NRL is probably rated about a 74-75, The best players are probably a 93,94 while the top potential is probably a 95... In my view:

1. Gutherson, Rating: 84, Potential rating 94

2. Semi, Rating: 87, Potential 89

3. Jenko Rating: 85, Potential 85

4. Taka Rating 75, Potential 75

5. Hoffman, Rating: 77, Potential 77

6. Norman, Rating 86, Potential 87

7. Moses Rating 80, Potential 89

8. Mannah Rating 74, Potential 74

9. Kaysa, Rating 77, Potential 81

10. Matagi, Rating 77, Potential 78

11. Mau, Rating 83, Potential 84

12. Teps, Rating 79, Potential 85 (in 2014-15 potential was probably 91-92)

13. Brown Rating 84, Potential 91

14. Vave, Rating 80, potential 80

15. Terepo Rating 77, Potential 82

16. Will Smith, Rating 76, Potential 80

17. Scott Rating 82, Potential 82

18. Kenny, Rating 79, Potential 79

19. French, Rating 81, Potential 90

If a player is certain age in our team right now, they probs wont go any higher than what they are right now Thoughts???

Based on this years performances? or the whole picture?

Whats the criteria for the ratings?

  Based on where they play and compared to players in the same position, their performances this year, and their reputation for performances from previous years (hence why gutho is only an 84)
  
  as for potential its is based on a combination of their current age and the glimpses of ability they show (hence moses and french have extremely high potentials)

The average player should be 50 because 50% out of 100 is average.

75 out of 100 is nearly elite.

Too much spare time, individuals mean jack shite in a team game.everyone goes on about Hayne in 09 but the whole team was on fire even Dan Mortimer looked like a superstar in those final 10 games.
