The legendary Ray warren is apparently thinking of hanging up his microphone and heading into the sunset of retirement.
The guy is a great caller 100% but has been making a few mistakes with players name's of late kind of like the great Rex Mossop started to at the end of he's fantastic career.
Rabbit's What ever you want to do is fine by me, call it a day and we'll remember you well go another year am that's great too, you have the right to choose you bloody legend.

In his time at Ch10 he had no peer simply brilliant , infact Ch10`s coverage of League back then was nearly as brilliant . Oustanding race caller and sports presenter too . When he went to 9 he relaxed his professionalism working with Fatty and Sterlo , it wasnt quite the same .
Yeah he is an excellent caller of the game. Id put him at number 3 behind Rex Mossop and Frank Hyde. Lately hes been a bit silly when hes with Gus Gould when they ramble on about nonsense stuff.
Yeah, I agree Rabbits is a superb caller without doubt but my favourite is Frank Hyde.
Yes Monts I always have had a soft spot for Frank Hyde. Saturday arvo calls -"-Its long --its straight and in between the posts". [something like that}. I forgot about Won Casey liked him also..Ray Warrens voice will be sadly missed.

Probably should have retired some years ago, but as channel 9 do, they flog their stars off way longer than they should. When is train wreck Tracey Grimreaper retiring ffs? She's starting to look Chinese, in that I mean all the plastic in her face. Horrible stuff. They did this with Ray Martin and many more.
