Fong, you've continuously put the knife into BA this season and have called for his immediate sacking. I've never really quite understood you're reasoning and I can see the team that BA is slowly forging. Maybe it's too slow for you? It's important to remember that under Kearney and Stuart we weren't even competitive and we regularly got thrashed by embarrassing scorelines. There was barely any will to fight. Whilst BA has a long way to go in terms of creating a team that plays good effective footy, there is far more steel in the player's efforts. I guess the biggest thing that BA has brought into the team is heart. There was no heart before he came. Our structures in both attack and defence have also improved dramatically. This is what I've seen over the last two years, and I saw it again in today's game. I think a lot of others on this site have seen it as well. So is this what you've struggled to see, or are we simply progressing too slowly?
Snake, you've consistently rubbished Norman as a very average playmaker and have called for him to be removed from the team as quickly as possible. I definitely would not classify him as an elite half but he fulfills his role within the team to good effect. Only time will tell if he deserves to remain as a long-term half at our club. But since the departure of Sandow, we've looked pretty composed under Norman's play when we complete our sets and get into a rhythm. He's also an important part of our lethal left-edge attack. I think we should persevere with him for at least one more year and see how he goes in a vastly improved team next year. But would you have him gone before then? Are we wasting our time with Norman?
Over to you, gents.

Couldn't agree more.
It's the close games in the middle of the season against the Cowboys, Rabbits and Warriors that killed us, games that were ours to lose and we gave them the win.
No matter what happens, I'm proud of what the team has been able to accomplish with the challenges that they've had to face.
Agree!
I love to read this type of support for our team.
It is sincere and in my opinion based in the reality of whats required to build a good footy team.
Rome wasn't built in a day and neither will Parra be, but once it is Parra will stand as a strong club for a decade just like we did in the 1980's and from mid 90's to mid 2000"s. It takes time and good management with astute recruitment and wise player retention.
Great observations jjeel, spot on!
I too was wondering if Fong would make an appearance today. Our defensive effort today was close to our best all year. Put Foran in our side and we would have won by plenty today. Arthur is developing the team nicely, our forwards can match it with any side and I thought they dominated Manly today. In terms of Arthur I think Fong is off the mark, as for Sharp and the board I'd say Fong is spot on, they need to go. We just need to find the right people to replace them.
Just when I thought you were making sense...you come up with a silly reflection on Sharp and the current board.
Just who do you think brought BA back to the club? Fitzy?
Have you not noticed that success begins in the front office. Always did. Always will! That's how business works!
Sharp and his board have made a few mistakes, but they have corrected them. They did promote the sadly departed previous CEO. But he is now gladly departed.
They also were astute enough to bring Daniel Anderson back who has worked well with BA in recruitment and will now work well in the CEO (all things football) area too.I believe Daniel will do as well in his current position as he did as a coach.
Sharp, BA and Daniel Anderson are all real dyed in the wool Parramatta men. Go Parra!!!
Bwahahahahahaaa! It's amazing how happy and full of praise Fong is when his Roosters win and how quiet he goes after Parra has a win..... But Fong's right, all the dropped balls and missed tackles are totally BA's fault.....
I am offended by this blog.
I bet if you look at the stats you will find I - that is ME have bagged Brad Arthur more than both of these two nuffies - but do I get a mention?
MODS - can this one please until I get the credit I am rightly due for bagging out "The best coach in the business".
That said dipstick - here is a few wee minor point you have overlooked.
Last year we missed the 8 because we could NOT score tries and had the WORST F&A in the comp - then folded in the last 2 games without putting up a fight.
Games WE SHOULD HAVE WON!
This year we are STRUGGLING to avoid the 14th spoon in our "illustrious" 68 year history.
