This is slightly tongue-in-cheek, but was just watching Quade playing in the Qld reserve grade union whatever it's called, and couldn't help but notice he offloaded everytime he was tackled. It got me thinking what if we signed Quade?

We could do alot worse than at least emulate if not have him involved with the club somehow to re-teach us this seemingly forgotten skill...........

    Chief will love you for this idea! If we were looking for another 1 year Robson yes, but I don't think he's needed.

    Isn’t the point of that game and the actual rules skewed to offload the ball without being tackled or something ?

    The guy WILL NOT tackle. He is playing club Rugby for a reason and that is Bard Thorn doesn't rate him. If Brad says he's a dud then we should as well.

    Of course it is a completely shit idea, but how hard is it to offload? The boys should watch Quade's little highlight reel from last weekend to see how many metres 2nd phase play chews through.

    It seems like parra are going for the storm safety jump idea of 2009.1 out dont pass keep safe grind it out but the storm have smith putting the defense in two minds and slater backing up every opportunity. We have jack shit.

    He's prob too scared to get tackled..... Also in Union u have to get rid of the ball when u get tackled or u get penalised!
