Putin calls for Russian officials and their children abroad to return to the fatherland

As title says. I've looked at a few news sites and this doesn't seem to be among the top stories although Russian and American sources are taking this extremely seriously. For those who can remember or have learnt about the Cold War and without being alarmist this sounds akin to when they used to have smoke coming from the embassy chimneys. Putin has also placed nuclear ICBMs on the border of Poland and rescinded the nuclear pact with the us. Apart from these worrying signs I think it's an indictment on our current media that stories such as David Warner sledging and bob Dylan winning a Nobel prize is trumping this as a headline story....

I thank Obama for leading from the rear,and allowing Russia back into the Mid-East.Good job!
As terrible as the situation is in Syria,I personally don't think it's worth fighting WW3 over.
Now we have China along with Russia issuing warnings to the U.S.Awesome!
If China turns on the west,we're defiantly screwed here in Australia.
I'm just glad my Grandfather who sweated,and bled in WW2 isn't around anymore to witness this mess.
