I gave a detailed complaint about officiating and the draw given to us. Not sure if it will help, but maybe if a whole bunch of eels fans send through complaints we might get some decision go our way for once this year.

Grant Atkins is a f_ing cum stain
The whole NRL is a corrupt organisation and they have completely stuffed a game i have followed for over 70 years and it's got to the stage i just can't be bothered watching or going to the games anymore and have been a season ticket holder for more years than i can remember . The family goes but i just can't be bothered
AE, that's what Frank the Tank called me the other day......does it stain? lol
They don't read those
See it's strange, people claim the NRL is rigged in order to favour who they want to win. Wouldn't you think they would want a story? Like Warriors winning, Parramatta breaking the drought? Like Cronulla in 2016, NQ in 2015 and Souths breaking the drought in 2014.
Again, we need someone with influence to go anywhere these days. Power is what we need.
Money talks.
Cmon guys stop complaining. The eels have had the easy side of the draw for years, its been proven by analysts.
Yes there was a howler in the escort decision last night, but as we've seen throughout the season with the captain's challenge, the refs are wrong on numerous occasions. Its up to the captain to save his challenge for these occasions.
Look at the Storm's non try this week. The ball clearly came off Olams head .
Same thing happened to the raiders last week when a try was disallowed when it clearly came off the head.
We are failing because of team selections and failure to apply pressure in defense.
100% right, decisions did go out way. But to keep Hodgson on for so long when Hands is hands down the better hooker.
Our defence hasn't been great easy meter behind the ruck...
I tend to sit on the fence with it, I agree the current eels squad and management are partially responsible and are making what appears to be some average decisions in the variables they can control.
However I'm a realist, and we can't forget the NRL is a corporate organisation who like all business ventures have their agenda, let's say "business plan" to grow their game. A business plan that attempts to reduce the variables for certain outcomes. The referees organisation is just one of those variables the NRL has to worry about, the way they influence outcomes through here is by changing/placing emphasis each year on different rules.
Now i have racked my small time brain to try theorise what that agenda entails this year. It appears to me be in this order;
1. No all Sydney derby in the GF. This is bad for business for the NRL as interest from their primary state of QLD (and to a degree Melbourne) wanes.
2. Ref for a close game. This puts bums on seats/boosts ratings across all states
I think personally this accounts for what we are seeing this year and I know fans from many clubs are frustrated by it. Any other theories welcome..
Until the clubs are invited to the referees review nothing will happen. No one is held accountable for these decisions and Annersley has no idea. The coaches or a delegate should be going over the video with the head of refs during the week if they choose to. Annersley simple is biased towards the refs and an x ref should not be in this position.
