he's bad
Mate I think he was better than De Gois. Still young & for me De Gois was weird in some aspects, one minute was playing well next nothing, His variety is like having a bag of two kinds of licorice allsorts, one with three thin squares & the sweet muck the other with two thin squares. Other words theres hardly any variety, At least Pritchard provided some variation, & was a bit faster & made 2 good longish breaks.
He looked OK during the team song. I didn't see any ice or strapping, so thats a good sign.
He's nowhere near as bad a Matt Keating
meant it as a compliment
I agree with you - I thought Pritchard did good tonight (just don't like him as a second rower)
De Gois was quality but he seems like he has had a few to many of something
In my view, we need one primary hooker, & I would prefer Pritchard at this point of time. As we head into the big end of the season, & hopefully keep winning & stick it to the NRL, my only concern with Pritchard is he is still a bit green for 80 minutes, but IDG is not much better as he seems to go in stops & starts as the game goes on, he looks at times as if he is having trouble lifting the ball & passing it from the ruck.
The rumour mill still has Flash a prospect to still head to the coup, if that happens, then we need a reliable goal kicker, which will be hard after last nights kicking from Flash. While not completely sold on the idea but having Hastings does provide a fair utility value as he can fill 3 areas 1 6/7 & 9, has a fair kicking game as well, adding something of variation in plays.
Still believe though that an 80minute 9 with 4 solid pigs on the bench is the way forward.
