  They have some strange rules in USA , drive before 17, drink at 21, legal sex at 18, go to war at 18 but shoot a gun legally.....not sure any age limit! Most countries set legal sex at an age that takes a realistic view of when most people start except USA. You can't tell me most don't have sex before their 18 birthday.

  EME, rich successful guys do it because they can. They also have contacts in high places. Poor guys pay $0 for sex with some houso girl, while the rich pay $3,000 and get it on with a stunner. You now watch Prince Andrew get away with this or have the crime downgraded because he will have the best lawyers. On the rich thing, while I am against anything illegal I'd rather be rich than poor.
