I think we need to put more pressure on opposition team kickers. i  know it is only round 1 but it has happened last year too. Jamie soward had too much time and yardage before having to make the kick, yes he did put one out on the full but most of his other kicks were perfect, compare this to ours hayne put one out, k keating kicked one straight into the oposition and they got the ball, mortimer kicked it straight to boyd as did mat keating. they placed pressure on our kickers and make us have a poor kicing game, they only had one kicker in soward (after fien went off) and we placed no pressure on him. he made us pick the ball up off the ground every time comapres to us kicing it to the fullback on the full.

Our big men couldnt handle their 2nd tier bench/forwards, their bench really stepped up. Bennet has a very good strategy keeping to and even three bench players fresh to the 2nd half, two fresh men coming in kills teams.

Going on that performance the dragons got a bargain with Soward, would you really pay mortimer twice what soward wants for the skill level?
Other than that thought Tahu,Inu and Mateo played well, thought hindy needed a break seemed tired.
