Premierships, Tpa's and Limp dicks.

I am not driven by premiership's like many on here. I just want us to be the best, when we are premierships will just happen.

I was bitterly disappointed after 1986, not because we ended a run of premierships, but we stopped being the best.

Chicken and Egg exercise stop worrying about premierships.

PS What concerns me greatly after this recruitment retension process is we have seemingly made no use of TPA's or even developed them.....this is the fail of the board more than any other aspect, I would like the Chairman/ CEO to publicly aknowledge why not.....we are playing with a limp dick against teams of viagra users, to coin an old mans phrase.

        • Is Cronk still being paid by city ford (owned by uncle nick) for "services"?

    • Brissy, no need to reemphasise the board's position.

I like Coryn's analogy re SAS on a secret mission.

The reality is that TPA's do exist and they are unequivocally the game breakers in some of these deals.

Where I believe our board has failed is by not mentioning subtly that "we are surprised that corporate responders are seemingly not very active in this area, your board would encourage them if they came forward as we understand that we cannot openly solicit same"

This simple piece of communication lets supporters, managers and players know the door is open.

Finally I would think that board may have enough clout with Parramatta supporters at a business/ sponsorship level to depart the normal sponsorship route and form/encourage an arms length consortium  that can take an interest in TPA's for certain higher profile players.

Rhetoric would suggest we lost Ice for 50k (dissappointed that loyalty 25k after tax was not enough).

We are losing players subjectively over valuations, doesn't seem we are being totally blown out of the park. I wonder with Gould they (the dogs) are just going out getting players, this enthuses the locals to be part of it and "bingo" TPA's organised and done.

Fong's criticism is right, it would seem that our young and naive board could be lacking a little when it comes to the street smarts of the old world of Politis, Gould the Bronco's and even surprisingly the Titans.

  • Say no to illegal  drugs

  • These silly blogs are making my thirsty

    • Don't worry about my thirsty. It's Thursday the day for the new signings.yippee

    • Don’t worry Shawn, Pop wrote this at 9.30pm QLD time so thirsty was the last thing he was lol. He’s actually done well to string a few sentences together.

How are you travelling Pop? It’s been a few days now, have you regrouped and ready to resume hostilities?

      • Not far wrong Ads, I went to bed straight after I wrote the blog and dreamt about your response, well that's not true, you really didn't enter into my dreams Ads, remarkably I cannot recall you ever making it that far. Lol

You see Ads I have never really seen you in the respect of hostilities, more like me caring about your well being and trying to manage your inadeqacies in life.....I am for example concerned that your father found your wife's vibrator and initially you weren't concerned until you realised it was the latest model and was only purchased after you commenced hostilities with me.(your words).  On this basis I see no reason to resume hostilities and damage you further. Lol

    • You need to be more loyal like the dog Shawnee, the cat is where you stand, i.e. who's going to openthe tab on the can.9842080285?profile=RESIZE_584x
