Prediction about semi

I've been doing some thinking about why we've signed Hoffman and avea. Its led me to this prediction semi is likely to pled guilty of may be found guilty. There is know way with a guilty verdict he can not be suspended/stood down/sacked.If corey and pearce got 8 weeks for their issues then semi should expect 12 week minimum.The club might even take a stance and sack him witch i don't see happening but not impossible considering the severity of the charges.Suddenly signing hoffman makes alot of sense. Maybe semi gets off without conviction then we have quality depth something we have lacked in the past.

I thought they said he intended to plead or has pleaded Not guilty?

Semi has already plead not guilty and is denying the allegations.

Hoffman is basically a replacement for Michael Gordon, he'll play wing and may swap with French during the year.

And Kirisome Auva'a is a great backup signing but in saying that I don't think the NRL have even signed off on Auva'a.

Basically i think were covering our bases but if he is found guilty we need to have options.

Clashes with the Clubs statement that he has entered a plea of not guilty!

His ex doesnt actually have a shred of evidence against him and she didnt report it until she thought he was going to leave the country.

I dont even think she went to a hospital to get checked out
