Praying for no rain against the bulldogs.

I don't like our chances in the rain against the bulldogs. I think we are a dry track team.

On weatherzone they are predicting that showers should ease and it will be mostly clear by kickoff.

I haven't been to impressed by the surface at ANZ recently, very patchy. All this rain won't help.

Maybe the eels should be paying to put a tarp over the surface.

    • Definitely, I will do that haha

  • Tbh, the surface has looked terrible, but there has been little to no dew on it for the past month, games have been more free flowing there. But yeah, agree we want it dry, helps us and means fans don't have the "its raining" excuse for when we get under 30K to a game that should be getting 40K, EASILY. This is a must win for both clubs, both are going well recently, both sets of members get entry, I'm sure a way will be found that the crowd stays small ish.
  • I am going to go against the consensus on the rain and say that the wet weather could go in our favour as the Doggies Big forwards will be more disadvantaged than our more mobile forwards.

Also the little fast guys like Sandow and Norman and Peats if he plays, can take advantage of these conditions. I think it will suit us more having the wet conditions. Looking at the positives.

It will definitely affect the crowd size, will be lucky to get 20K if it stays this wet and cold

Go the Eels. Think Big. We Can Do It

If that is legitimate, who do the Broncos plan on swapping him with?"
