Potential NRL changes

#1 (team conceding points gets option to kick off or receive) is purely about increasing change of possession? There are so many permutations of the rule, like a team making a comeback losing possession or a team with a lead regaining possession, that only the principle of "potential to increase change of possession" is worth attention? More potential for change of possession good or bad?

Maybe the way the 6-again rule can create disproportionate possession - or put differently, mitigate against swings of possession - has led to this kickoff option? There was a need to create more ways in the game for possession to change?

6 on bench is fine. As is reducing punishment for goal line infraction by the attacking team.

The tweak to the 6-again rules - 6-again outside 20 rather than inside 40? - seems more about speeding up the play the ball? Again lots of permutations and teams will exploit the tweak as they have exploited every 6-again iteration, so again it's the principle: speeding up play the ball is good or bad?

    Iv been going on about the six man bench for years think its a good start I can't see a problem with the top 30 either
