Position After Round 10

What do you consider a pass mark after round 10 of the season. I have included the first 10 matches of the draw with the first 3 games being particularly hard. I am going to say 6 would be my pass mark. If Jennings on board and with the team gelling quickly I wouldn't surprise if we won more with 7 being good and 8 wins an excellent start. But as I have learnt over the years its best to be first (or near first) towards the end of the comp than at the beginning.

What are your thoughts?

  • Id be happy with 6-7 wins 3-4 loss.
  • 9 wins
  • I would be happy with 5.
We plays Cowboys and Dogs twice and then Broncos, Sea Eagles and Rabbitohs.
  • 6
  • 5 wins 10 points.

  • We should beat tigers, raiders, panthers, maybe pick another two wins from that
I reckon 5 wins or better with that draw is a pass
  • And the first 7 games are all in sydney too so there's no travelling which is a bonus for us
  • I hate to say this but I think we might start the season with 3 losses. Going to take time for our combinations to get going.

We'll probably beat Tigers, Panthers and Raiders and Bulldogs 2nd time round so I see us going 4-6.

  • The draw does my head in. How we play Cows and the Dogs twice in the first 9 rounds is hopeless.

I would expect us to win 6 of those games at least.
  • I've looked into my crystal ball and come up with this ...

Game 1 - Broncos are away and we tend to win well first game up at home. WIN

Game 2 - Cowboys are away and have been slow starters in the past. WIN

Game 3 - Bulldogs at ANZ hasn't been a good game for us recently. However their team looks beatable for the most part. WIN

Game 4 - Wests at ANZ. They look like a very ordinary team. WIN

Game 5 - Panthers at Pirtek will be close game. WIN

Game 6 - Raiders at Pirtek. WIN

Game 7 - Sea Eagles at Brookvale. Injuries could play a part. Foran to show Manly fans what they could have had. WIN

Game 8 - Away to Cowboys. We could win this depending on if they have clicked into gear or not. Hard game. LOSE

Game 9 - Bulldogs at ANZ again. See above. WIN

Game 10 - Rabbits at Pirtek. Hard game but winnable again. WIN

Disclaimer - I am not a bone fide clairvoyant.
