  • The impact of Moses pushing players into position and icing our sets was huge, but yeah also needed a lot of luck to overcome the star power of Brisbane. Finally a win but!

    • Yeh, when they ran out you could have rated that Broncs team not out of place as a Origin Type side.

    • Yep we versed a full strength broncos coming of a bye. Some joke of reffing during a period where they got BS penalties and 6 agains and allowed to swing arms to our blokes head or and shoulder charge withou the correct consequence.

  • Ploppa's corner stinks to high heaven! Shut up raptor.

  • Onething I saw tonight which I haven't seen consistently all year is how much pressure is taken off Moses if the supporting players do there jobs.

I thought in the first half especially how we were getting our yards and the fast play the balls how much time Moses had to kick and get us out of trouble.

It allows Moses to be Moses and control the game pretty much and put the cream on top like the kick to Lomax for the try and just being able to organise.

The key here is Moses doesn't feel he has to over play his hand we want him calm assured and being our guy so we have to take as much off his plate as possible.Even in the 2nd half we went to Hawkins who set up JAC on the left perfectly executed with time and space because on there check sheet the broncs situationally would have stacked the other side particularly around Moses & Lomax.

I think that's the blueprint going foward especially in attack execution and defensively pack mentality especially in the kick chase

There we're also key moments in the game where Smith Moses and Hawkins kicked and found Walsh out of position.Sharing of duties it's a growth thing for us and once we get consistency around it we'll start winning more and the growth will continue.

    • Yawn

      • You can do better than that Mick....you know the story now you are a child on here.

You have posted twice on a blog and say your bored.....lets say challenged is a better word.

Post again and it shows you cannot stay away and I have free rent in your head....still one of the "charlies" Mick.

    • I like your point on Moses. It's also why I am very amenable on having Hawkins as the 6, someone with a bit of a kicking game and playmaking instinct.

The more we free up Moses and put less pressure on him the better we'll be.
