  i would rather him sit out this year and recover that problem of his 100%, it will beneifit the eels long term rather then pushing him in this year, even couple of games for wenty this year to test his ability and boundarys on his knee, its sad but hey look on the bright side hopefuly he is fresh and wanting to repay our club with some hard dirty gritty work in 2012

  Assuming we would be applying the marquee player concession so we do have to include his 350K+ salary to this years cap???? Similar to Mateo's in 2009? He had to wait out 20 weeks in order to be applicable?

  13 playing weeks is required to be missed, then a  50% concession is added into next years cap.

  Speaking from a cold, hard business positions - that's a bloody great result. Basically an extra $150-175k off next year's cap is going to be very helpful

  I think he is finished, this is a bad injury. I think it is like the career ender that Danny Sullivan got.

   

  Will come back less mobile and heavier. 

   

  We need to find the next Fui. Cameron Blair and Antonio Kaufusi are options on the market.
