Poor management " AGAIN "

When you grant a player an early release from his contract a month ago & he lets you know he has an option to leave, only to have his request denied, you can't blame him for playing like he is uninterested.Pisspoor management still damaging & holding this club back.Wake up to yourselves.

  • What do u know that I don't ?

    Please enlighten me.
  • Well, he has now shown his hand.

If he doesn't get his way he is going to play poorly for us until we release him.

If the club plays him again this year, then it will be pisspoor management.
    • The only pisspoor management was Sandow not playing for his pay packet. Sandow rejecting the Eels initial offer at the start of the year. Sandow opening up his mouth to the media about what HE wants to do and not what the TEAM needs to do.
  • Mate work your shit put before you type. If he wants a release he should take no pay with him. We'd be fucked if some of the people on this site ran our salary cap.
  • Let him sweat it out in NSW cup for the rest of the year.
    • We can't due to our cap issues. Kelly is only playing under special dispensation for Robinson being out. If we just drop Sandow we have to play Joseph Paulo at halfback. Now Norman may be out we are in all sorts.
  •  Absolutely, I made the same point the other day about our administration.

  • Steve Kearny recruited him four years after consultation with and approval from Wayne Bennett! Last year, Chris won the Thornett medal as the players player of the year, edging out Jarryd Hayne. Up until tonight, he was still in the running for the Dally M award for 2015.

  • Are you blaming 'management' for some little peice of shit spitting the dummy??
  • Says much more about the man wanting to leave than our management.

Again, let's blame the object rather than the person responsible.

Hodgkinson played well even though his club doesn't want him. Gordon has played well even though his club wouldn't let him go.

That's character, that's what a man does for his team mates and fans, that's what a man does when he is still being paid. He shows some morals and does his best.

"You can't keep recruitment quiet, managers can't wait to tell all and sundry who's interested, they use it as a bargaining tool. I think we are saving our money for a couple of outside backs."

"Haven't the Warriors said that they want fair compensation via a player swap to release Barnett?
If that is legitimate, who do the Broncos plan on swapping him with?"
