  • ZERO/10

  • Recuitment backs 6

    Recruitment forwards 1

    Staff 3

    Retention 1

Junior development zero fuck all. Absolutely disgraceful
    • Nailed it in one Chief.

  • The only pass mark I can give him is for recruitment bar this year , he has brought over some good players , well big named players ie watmough , foran , mosses HAYNE 2.0 , Jennings and so forth
    • See for me irs whatmough 4 year expensive deal foran with big money deal knowing his issues i count these against him
    • Lol also can be counted against him , but they were big names at the time , I really think we should throw the Cheque book at Bellamy or go and get k Walters , he he’s very under rated for his footy brain cos he’s a bit of a larakin
    • Brown , Scott , Wicks , wasn’t that long ago people were raving about his talent spotting .

Now im not overly wrapped with where we are , nor am I saying BA is kicking goals it’s just a rough patch  blah blah .  I’m usually pitchforking long ago .

But lets compare his recruitment to say Haslers

      T-Rex on huge money

Let go of Ennis for Licha

Let floppa play part time .

      Woods on huge coin

      let Graham go

the list goes on . So who are we comparing BAs recruitment to ?  Stuart’s when he was here ? Kearneys when he was here ?

      Who’s the yard stick ?

    • Agree wiz , his recruitment isn’t that bad , but geez I really hope he hasn’t lost the dressing room . If so we are in serious trouble
      • Mate he’s recruited Gutherson , Jennings , Brown , Moses all of which would qualify as a semi marquee signing with any club . Admittedly Moses is way down on form , but he’s a decent player .

Then when he got Scott he was a fan favourite , as was what he did with a Neville nobody Gower , and last year Will Smith signing looked like a master stroke .  For mine I do not belive for one second all of these players have all of a sudden turned shit , some have aged yeah , but why have the ones that played like champs last year all of a sudden dropped their bundles ? They’re mighty unfit that’s obvious.

But yeah , in the recruitment side , other than missing a few key spots , I don’t think he’s done too bad . If the cap thing didn’t tear us apart , he’d have built a pretty solid fucking team by now ,
