    I would like something like that tested in court say they grant the watmough claim and back date it to the start of the year we technically never were over the salary cap as he hasn't played this year that is if his contract was worth as much as reported

    But we cheated so maybe the NRL took the points for cheating from the past 3 season.

    But they refer to not earning points whilst over the cap when we may not have been at all if its granted couldn't see it being upheld in a court of law

    Unfortunately it is done while I see the reason in saying we should get back points for not being over the cap if the watmough thing is certified and back dated the truth is we operated and recruited with the intention of rorting the cap just because we get a back dated insurance deal to remove money off the cap doesn't mean we weren't over the cap up till the point the claim is excepted
