There is frustration and personality clashes but thats the same at all jobs.
I know some of the juniors are frustrated and as one said all you can hope for is a another club to notice you somewhere as your path is always going blocked youd be surprised how many look at Twal Aloai and tyrall fuimaion (spelling).
Obviously a team who struggles across the board are going to be frustrated especially if your on the fringe then see a signing like trex for example putting you back down the pecking order.
Like i said believe it or not thats just what ive heard
