Hey all lately I've been seeing other teams announce their departing players via social media and am still waiting on parra to announce (if ever) who they plan on letting go and who they plan on keeping for season 2019 out of the current batch of players.
Following list is players I already know are gone:
- Soisia Vave
- Beau Scott
- Kenny Edwards
- Cameron King
- Kirisome Avau
Does anyone know the current situation for other players?
Cheers

The only guys who are 99% staying are Hayne, G. Jennings & Terepo. I assume that Jack Morris won't be resigned. The rest will either get resigned for another year or play for wenty unless another club sees potential in them.
This is the off-contract list according to Zero Tackle;
Dane Aukafolau, Nathan Davis, David Gower, Jarryd Hayne, George Jennings, Cameron King, Jack Morris, Marata Niukore, Kaysa Pritchard, Ray Stone, Peni Terepo, Siosaia Vave, Tony Williams.
I know Peni Terepo announced he had re-signed earlier in the year. Also rumours on here are that Gower signed a 1 yr extension. And I could be wrong, but I'm sure Marata was also extended earlier in the year.
Wasn't Pritchard's contract extended?
Agree, Nuikore, Terepo and I think Hayne were re-signed.
We would be stupid if G Jennings is let go.
I heard T Rex and Davis are gone i just hope it was true
williams , davis,
yeah i herd both Davis and she rex are on the nose..
These blokes haven't been officially announced as being here next year, though there have been unofficial comments made that some might have extended:
Aukafolau
Auva'a
Davis
Gower
Hayne
Gennings
King (officially farewelled by the club)
Leleisiuao
Mahoney
Matagi (though officially with Huddersfield)
Niukore
Pritchard
Scott (officially farewelled by the club)
Stone
Terepo
Vave
Williams
Shaun Lane also hasn't been officially announced by the Eels, though he has been officially farewelled by Manly.
LOL - how is Lane feeling at the moment then? - but I thought I had seen something from the club re his signing with us.
Been a big year.
I think what we have here is a complete lack of communication from the club.
I wrote a blog about this failure a couple of years back and the club responded positively - hope they are not lapsing back into the abyss of non communication with the fans.
That said I would not blame them for avoiding this site to announce anything.
We never did get any explanation as to why King suddenly disappeared.
The communication definitely dropped off during the year. I'd say they're in damage control.
