Looks like more quality coming off the boards after 2017 season.

I looked at that a few months ago, I don't think I have seen so many quality players off contract at the same time as there are at the of 2017. Mind you an awful lot of them will get signed back before then

yeah alot of players are waiting on confirmation of future cap values before re-signing. still makes them more attainable than before

In another blog by Josh Jones he says that Jennings off contract 2017. However in Zero tackle he is not off contract until 2019.
