Player movement

Its all well and good to want to remove alot of under performing players but in all honesty, who do we have that could replace them and what current nrl players from other clubs would really wish to join us anyway after this years garbage??

  • Jennings should be the 1st one to go

  • Jennings should be the 1st one to go
    • There are 2 jennings brothers so understand writing it twice but wouldn't 1 still be first gone and the other second gone.
As for the 3rd jennings, he plays for rabbitohs and been in good form. Is he the 3rd one to go first.
Stuff it I'll have another beer and maybe it will make sense later

  • No one. We will sign a watmough equivalent for 3 years on top money.
  • After Friday night they should get Farrah for rest of year and one ur option for next season close to Souths best
    • Agree chris but BA is not smart enough to do something sensible like that.

  • A massive clean out would entice players here. It's easier to convince potential recruits that past performances shouldn't hold them back from signing when they're one of 10 new recruits.

The Tigers and knights managed to sign several players this year each. Parra's problem has always been that they think they can solve their issues and move forward with 2 recruits.

The idiots at the club will look at the diabolical performances this year, sign a player like Junior Paulo then think that all of the issues in the forwards are solved and we're threatening the premiership.
  • I reckon we're about to hit one of those crap periods where we will need to pay massive overs for anyone half-decent and if we can't / don't... then we'll be buying the old discards at the $ they were on in their prime. Both of which will come back and bite us.

We don't need to be Robinson Crusoe... there are plenty of clubs showing how it's done - be it recruitment, development, coaching, support staff etc. Our closest neighbours are a great example. FFS, use the model of those around you if it seems to be working... don't just keep repeating the same crap that has only brought failure! On and off the field we are just so dumb.

"I highly doubt the eels will take him back but they won't let him play for another nrl team for the next 3 years, he is going to have to find a home in rugby, he has made his bed so must now sleep in it.
To be honest I hope he fails miserably, it…"

"Hypothetical question. Say Lomax doesn't go to R360 would we have him back or is he gone forever despite his release saying can't go to league for 4 years "
