"Hey mate I don't think I've gathered your opinion on Lincoln? Sometimes I think we overlook that we have the schoolboys 7 here. In your opinion was he deserving of that appointment? Or was it more there wasn't much competition for the jersey?

They arnt good for the game but they are good for the players thats why they use them, even after giving them 7-10% the manager might have got them and extra 20% so the player comes out in front and has somebody to handle his shit.
At 15 its ok to have your family manage things, and if youve smart people negotiating the contracts, some dont need managers but id think most players would find and advantage out of having a shrewd manager who is in the game with contacts in every club.
Do you want to get involved?
I manage quite a large stable of Rodeo riders. They predominantly work the pacific Northwest.
This is my best rider, his name is Buck Naked.
Parraforlife, i would be banning any player manager from the game until players reach 18 or so yrs old. I do not get why kids need a manager so young. It has become a farce; i have known certain private schools to attend a state govt school Rep trial (without authorisation) in league, for kids aged 11-12, and then send scholarships out to these players chosen, all to get them into their school, which is mostly affiliated to a certain club in another entire area....kids do not need a manager at 15 and need good parenting.
Having said that mate, I am concerned about Krams cheeky reply...it is a worry and think all player managers need a huge risk assessment and child working with children check.
