We have all discussed player development from a local junior angle however one of the areas that is really alarming is our inability to develop players who we purchase. This isnt a BA problem but something that he been inside Parra for a long time. Think back to Justin Poore. Came to us as a starting SOO player and left barely a reserve grader. From the current squad you can put Norman, Ma, Evans, Hoffman (plus others) into that category. This list goes on and on. What are we missing for this happen generation after generation? Until this is fixed, rotating coaches wont solve anything. Coaches like Bennett & Bellamy turn bog average FG players into good FG player. Chase Blair comes mind right away. Terrible with us and solid at the Storm.
This is on Gurr/Donnelly to fix and if they cant, dont let the door hit you on the way out. It must be more than just the coach.

I honestly don’t know why we haven’t signed Farah . Hooker has been our Achilles for yonks.
Just think Wiz, the Tiges r rumoured to be talking with Farah about rejoining them. Funny if they get both him & MBye before the June deadline.
