Play of the Day

This was a great day for all Parra supporters, what was your highlight of the game? For me, it was the fact that our forwards stood up and matched the SG meat grinders..

  • Dean Young flat on his back every time Fui ran at him!
    • ha ha
  • Burts try. But what a great team effort.
  • Guru's intercept try against the run of play. St George were unlikely to recover from that and it was great for Guru .. 9 out of 10 times that play doesn't work for him.
  • Guru's rush up in defence has finally paid off... onya GURU.. now don do it again hehe...
  • Yeah I'm a bundle of nerves whenever the attack is going down the Guru's wing. But he's like a bloody Jack Russell ~ you just can't train him out of coming in off his wing. He might have scored a few with intercepts but he's let in a lot more when he misses.
Hayne's last try was really a cross between Superman and the Phantom, Ghost who Walks. I notice no-one's talking much about his man-of-the- match game.
  • probably not my favourite play, but i liked when grothe and j. smith were pushing each otherkl, then grothe just gave him a mouthful before playing the ball. classic!!!
  • yer burts field goal was the highlight that won us the game and eric grothes intercept put a huge change in momentum on us then jarryd haynes try was the icing on the cake
  • The 1st 10 minutes. Keeps the blood pumping! REAL footy defense. Oh - and Groth's try. He's been working like a dog for so long, he deserved that one! You can read the Dragons play like a soap opera :)
  • I don't know Nick, Jeremy Smith goes hard!
