PLENTY of people are concerned about the form of Parramatta halfback Daniel Mortimer.
His father, Peter, is not one of them.
With the Eels in the midst of an alarming form slump, highlighted by their spluttering attack, Peter Mortimer yesterday predicted his son wasn't far off recapturing the form that helped guide the club to last year's grand final.
"He doesn't let other people's criticism change his focus," the former Canterbury centre said.
"I think he's handling it extremely well.

What gets me a bit more is Anderson whose lame attempt to blame Jarryd Hayne for Mortimers poor play smacks of a self delusional dad at a junior footy game saying 'my little timmy would be a good player if that big boy didn't hog it'.
