Penrith Phillistinism.

Good to see the NRL taking action oner the outrageous behaviour of the Penrith morons who smashed the NRL trophy in their drunkin or drug state. Good fines were given to all concerned. The club itself was fined which was a necessary first which one hopes that those directors will be forced to do their job for once.. To often the scandles at Penrith have been swept under the carpet with no action by the directors. Cleary got the top fine as he should have done as there is little doubt he was one of the chief fools who wrecked the NRL trophy.. I think when and if the trophy is repaired it should not be in the possession of the Penrith club but held in NRL headquqrters. Penrith have showen what they think of it. The statement from the Penrith administration is apalling, No mention of the players concerned and no indication that any action will be taken against the players. They need a new administation out there where the culture is of the lowest level.

  • They won. No one cares. Sad reality.

    • Of course people care. Most people I spoke to regarding this wanted the nrl to step in and thankfully the nrl did. At the moment panthers are looking out of control. They may have won this year but if there bad behavior is not pulled up soon the club could spiral quick

  • I heard/read a few days ago that it was a women named Delila who crashed the table that the trophy was sitting on and gave the boys a haircut. Let's hope that whoever their Sampson is doesn't need to sacrifice "his (eyes) sight" in order to bring the monster "Temple" that is "Panthers" tumbling back to earth with the rest of us?

  • The Panther players are arrogant in the extreme and show little regard for their opposition. This is my new hate team and I will be rooting (metaphorical) for their opponents next yr regardless.

  • It's a trophy, it's been broken before, it'll be broken again. It's a nothing story. Even the fines were over the top.

    • Apart from Tyrone May. I hope we're seeing the end of him in the NRL.

      • I'll concede he's not the sharpest  tool.

        • Absolute wanker

          • But what about Tyrone May?  LOL

      • I think he's dating Cleary's (also very large chinned) sister so he'll no doubt be staying - at least until the sister pops up in some sort of chin fetish porn video.

I could make some sort of joke about chins and balls but I won't - too mature for that.

You can get vagankles - can you get vagchins?
