Penrith it is, how do we feel?

Honestly, first 25mins i thought "Yeah, Souths is a big no". After the game i am wary of Penrith. However, thing that came to mind to me with Souths that i had all week, even arguing (civilally and kindly) with a collegue about. Souths do not grind, Souths had control early though when Penrith structured through the middle Souths were weak. Their bench was small, plus in attack they fell apart as soon as things went against them, classic Latrell and Walker. Souths love to spread it and use fast momentum footy to their advantage, force them to be patient and calm doesn't fare well. We on the other hand do not mind a grind, if we know it is coming which we do.

Plus Kikau and Luai on report, think both will get off, though Kikau hmmmmmmmmmm we can only hope.

  • If the judiciary are fair dinkum, Kikau doesn't play next week but as we saw with May, V'Landys will look after them.

    • Oh yeah forgot, how can he do that to the fans. He could have spear tackled a player making him a cripple and V'landys and Abdo would think about fans.

He will go to judicary and they will ask "Why should you be left off?" Kikau will say "I play for Penrith"

      Case dismissed.

      • That's about the size of it LB.

    • Been reading a few comments here and there saying that second grade 1 shoulder is 3K fine only with early guilty plea.

      • It will be based on the grading. It was at least a grade 2 but the MRC we call it a grade 1 so he can play.

        • They will definitely do that. That way they can lay a charge but also let him play . Can see it unfolding a mile away. I actually missed Luais one , I'm guessing it'll be a similar scenario.

  • If south's didn't stuff up before halftime I reckon they win the game. That try broke their backs.I reckon we are in for a real treat come Sunday everyone will be tipping Penrith to win. I've got a feeling we win this had the feeling the last 4 weeks I've never been so confident

    • That shift towards the end was not necassary and shifted momentum. The To'o try did not need to happen and that changed it, Souths should have seen the half out or went for a shot.

      • 💯 mate

      • This. Parra needs to learn from Souths mistakes. 13-6 vs 12-12 at half time is such a big difference

"No, my point is more about Lomax's team saying they had exhausted all the opportunities they had on the table with the other NRL teams that were interested, none were, and the only offer came from Storm. Then they could say Parra are restricting…"
