Peats on track to play.

Parramatta Eels hooker Nathan Peats is on track to return from injury against Canterbury in Friday's NRL clash at ANZ Stadium. Peats hasn't played sinced suffering a knee injury against Melbourne in round 14 last month but coach Brad Arthur says the young rake is looking good to play against the Bulldogs. "He'll train today and if he gets through today's training session, and the physio gives the all clear ... I want him in the team," said Arthur on Thursday.

  • I wonder if Degois will go back to the bench or drop out of the team altogether ?
    • With Lussick injured last week during the game v tigers I'd say he will drop off unless of course he's ok
  • Need his intensity and line speed
  • Would love to see Peats making metres through their fat and slow forwards towards the end of each half.
  • We definitely need him but would prefer he does not come back too early
  • He tweeted after he got injured that this was when he would be back
