He said on NRL360 that BA told him the cap was stuffed next year too.

  His comments about the salary cap for next year maybe based on what BA has planned, ie who he wants to sign/resign. Doesn't necessarily mean we haven't got any $$$$ left.

At least he is bringing previous CEOs to the party. They also have allot to answer for. They should be overseeing all this crap that why they get paid the big bucks.
