Paul Gallen concerned other players may be sued!!

If defensive coaches teach their players to tackle properly and drive with their shoulders instead of gang tackling with legs between the legs you won't see another Alex McKinnon incident. I remember watching a Jordan McLean shortly coming back from suspension and the kid put his arm between the player's leg and tried to lift. You reckon he would of learned his lesson. It starts with the head coach and his defensive coach. The NRL needs to come down hard with lengthy suspensions and on field rulings and stamp this shit out. Alex has every right to sue as the NRL failed to protect him. Teams like Melbourne Storm need to held accountable.

  • I don't agree with Gal at all. There have already been quite a few cases of a player suing another player for injuries sustained during a match. If a can of worms was going to be opened it would have been opened years ago.

BTW here is the link to the story.

  • Gal has memory loss as other players have been sued in the past.

  • Gal has worms
  • I have so much respect for Justice Gallen - his views are highly respected in the legal fraternity
