Pat O'Hanlon

Out of all the players on Ricky's projector O'Hanlon was the one I didn't agree with. I thought he was above average with a good offload and would continue to improve as he filled out. I liked his style he didn't dump crap on the club like some did he just moved on. It's not to often I will give Hassler a wrap but he did resign Pat when he was sidelined with that horrific leg injury. I sincerely hope the bloke can go on and have a career at nrl level.

  • That's because he grew up as a parra fan!
  • He was always below average. Lucky to even make 1st grade imo.
    • Rubbish.
  • He was the only one out of the 12 that got picked up to play first grade. To get into the dogs pack is not easy but he did.
  • Not living in the past Ron, if you look at the NRL site you will see an article about his return. I am happy to see a guy returning to the NRL after the injury he had.
  • Agreed, as I said he was the only guy that was unlucky. I have never bagged Ricky for cutting the dead wood.
  • POH was poo!

  • Blokes who bag O'Hanlon either never saw him play or dont understand the game. Very much like Danny O'Sullivan. Unlucky with shit loads of talent.
  • Pat imo was another example of an over rated junior clogging up our system, not his fault and i hope he has success in the future but hes not good enough for 1st grade imo, thank god we dont have blokes like this clogging up our top 25 anymore, thats part of the reason why we are seeing the side we have today.

  • Snake, I don't agree. His biggest problem was he had not got his mans body yet and lacked punch when he gets the extra kilos with his offload he is worth the punt.
