PARRAMATTA WILL WIN THE 2011 PREMIERSHIP BECAUSE -

I want to be the first person on this site to point out the real reason why we will win the 2011 Telstra Cup NRL Grand Final.

Its really very simple, the 2011 season will mark the 30th Anniversary since the Eels won their FIRST Premiership in 1981   and it will also be the 25th Anniversary since the Eels won their

LAST Premiership in 1986.  I bet anyone that the club is making plans based on these 2 Anniversaries.

Just imagine the way they will promote this and imagine the headlines when it happens.

Stephen Kearney will really want to impress in his first year as top man.

If i recall correctly, Michael Hagan won a comp in his rookie year as coach of the Knights against us in 2001.  I think Ricky Stuart won a comp with the Roosters in his rookie year as a coach.

Kevin Moore got the Bulldogs into last years Grand Final Qualifier against us when we created the all time biggest none Grand Final crowd attendance record which could not be broken by the  4 merged clubs when the St.George Illawarra Dragons defeated the Wests Tigers last week.

And i am sure theres gotta be more rookie coaches who have won the comp previously.

Kearney  has also won atleast 1 premiership as a player too and he has played many many Test matches for the Kiwis.

I am sure the club will be asking him many questions about the way the culture is at the Storm and they will want him to replicate many many aspects of that extremely tight - knit club at his new club

I can't wait for the 2011 season to come around and I'm so excited to see who else we will bring to our club to be a part of our clubs first  Premiership win in 25 years!!!
