Its non negotiable that the club must spend up on two big name props, with Junior Paulo the obvious choice and hopefully Pangi jnr. This will somewhat solve our underperforming middle forward problems.

Terepo axed - all need to be axed from the squad all together and knowing we're 500k under the cap for '2018 along with the savings from these six players, snaring two props is not out of of the question..

Post 2019 we should be looking at another one or two top line forwards - frizzle, debelin, Vaugn types.

The age of buying players who are past their used by dates is over.

I think there will be a real fire sale at the end of the year.
This isn't a reactionary sale but moreso part of the long term planning.
The club has some long term plans for both Mahoney and Schneider. Therefore either King or Kritchard will be gone. I would say it will be King as kritchard will still be under contract I believe.
Junior Paulo will return to the club. I would be VERY surprised if this isn't already far into the planning. If we can grab Paul Vaghun that would be great but I highly doubt that Sticky will lose both. I think grabbing Papali would be a silly move. He's an ironed on raiders boy.. His heart is there - let's leave him there.
We need to move some players on.. Some who were great servants of our club are really struggling to keep their place moving forward- blokes like Mauu and Timmy.
We have some good backs but we need to find a decent winger. I'd be looking at Enrick Lee. Lee has the height and speed we need. Yes I know his hands are suspect but there us more upside than downside.
Moving forward - I don't know how we can progress with both Norman and Moses.
I'd be finding an upside to trade Norman for a serviceable 5/8 like a Chad Townsend or Blake Green.
Lastly we need to change the captain - and this has to go to either gutho or brown.
Even if Timmy stays in a bench capacity - he has to lose the captaincy.

  Problem is mannah king french hoff taka are all signed for 18. I don't think we're in the position to afford paying part of their wage to play elsewhere

Chief, of course they are all signed for 18, that is this year. Are you out by a year with all of this? I'm confused.
