According to today's Rugby League Week, The Eels have signed Gold Coast Titan's Lock/five eighth Cody Nelson.
Eels assistant coach Steve Murphy, who transferred from the Titans this year, would've given BA the inside knowledge on Nelson's attributes.

It is a story of triumph for the 26-year-old Mullumbimby Giants juniors who was
signed by the Titans as a 16-year-old. A wretched run with injuries stalled his progress but Eels
coach Brad Arthur sees him as a valuable addition to an already youthful and
exciting forward pack. The Titans have a pelthora of back-rowers at the club and
there was no offer for Enlson for a top-25 contract for next year."So the best option for me was to go to
Parramatta," Nelson says.Nelson says
it will be hard to leave the Titans but he can't wait to be part of the Eels'
resurgence.

Suspended for two matches for placing a $10 bet on a match, in comparison to 3 dud games the banned peptide injectors got.
