I am sorry crew, but as I said in a blog weeks ago, we are not enough. Even if we end up making a massive comeback tonight, it means nothing. HOE, love the time and effort and work you do on your posts, but dude, it doesn't address what most fans with half a football brain have been calling for months. Souths have actually exposed it tonight. We can sing an dance about our defence. It is a myth. Souths have shown it up tonight and I am just amazed other teams have not already done so. As for our attack? What attack?
1. We have a coach that states they have not trained for attack for weeks now and focussed on defence? JUST OMG really? How the fark does a coach believe you can win a comp if you can't score points, but rely soley on defence? Tonight thus far shows the faults in that ridiculous thoery.
2. Our right side defence has been an issue all year. A muppet can see it and it is still not fixed. Just OMG. How long does it take for the coach and players to fix this issue?
3. Sivo has become a brain dead robot. Anyone care to tell him that he can legally move inside and use lines in attack. Don't even start me on his defence. Woeful for weeks now. Watched him on one occasion tonight with a break in attack, stand there not knowing what to do. Gob smacked.
4.We simply have no attack. Our forwards make great metres, we have off loads galore in this team, but when it truly counts, there are no support players.
I have been singing that we will finally win that premiership. The team has improved out of sight, but IMO, unless some radical changes are made, we are going to be shown up, yet again, as we are tonight.
I make these comments with the opinion, regardless of whether we make a comeback tonight. Writing has been on the wall for the last six weeks.

ZERO chance of a come back. We won't make the top 4 now. The Eels management have no balls and need to be asking the coach how a team with ZERO injuries turns up against a team with a few stars out loses at home by heaps????? They are so used to mediocrity and accept it. Well I don't. After 35 years of fucking mediocrity I want some answers...
I can't see these issues being remedied soon. In 2018 it took Arthur about 20 rounds to fix up the problem of the opposition dummy half catching out our lazy defenders around the ruck.
Yep, its looking like the same old shit, warning signs have been there for at least 6 weeks WTF is happening at training?
Mind boggling. So many people can see the issue but the coaching staff can't. Does my head in. People bag Phil Gould out, I hate him, but he is spot on!

No way of sugar coating it. We won't win the competition . We probably won't finish top 4 and more than likely go out week 1of semi finals . Been saying it for a long time . assistant coaches Steve Murphy and David kidwell are plodders and not up to it . All the good teams have exceptional assistants that value add to the team .
They wont sack Arthur's now That he is extended for a further 2 years . The bulk of the Team is resigned . Any new recruits are likely to be money ball type players .

Mate I am gutted. Tried to be so postive this year with the improvements, but as I posted a few weeks ago in a blog, we are simply not enough. " Sad Truth". I have been a BA supporter but truly, how can we have not rectified the very issues that supporters with even half footy smarts have been higkighting for months now is beyond me. Our coaching staff must be blind. I missed a point in my blog. Waqa Blake, now I know why Penrith were happy for you to leave. BA needs to stop the robot football and grow a set.
You can't win a comp when you have a useless half back, Moses may have improved his defence but he is clueless in attack.
A few of us have been saying for weeks we are a team in trouble, a few games we were lucky to win and struggled to put teams away.
I realy think BA is the problem, i just don't think he has the smarts to be a headcoach. Again another year where we will finish 5/6th, and be out of finals earley. And thats as far as BA will ever take us.
That game tonite was embarrassing realy Brad 8 weeks of defensive coaching, that worked. That team looked like a side with no confidence and no idear what to do with ball in hand.
BRAD ARTHUR you should be embarrassed with the way that team defended and attacked under your coaxhing. Gee we are in for some pain till end off 2022.
Sadly, even if injured, he has been hiding behind a very boring and predictable kick it high and long game for weeks now. But that appears to be a BA trait. Create robots.
